Store Registration

To make purchases in the fankikas store it is necessary that the user to register as a customer. When registering, you will be asked to complete a form where you must indicate the name, address, e-mail address and phone contact of the user. The information contained in the customer record is the sole responsibility of the user.
The fankikas store has a reserved area where you can change your customer data at any time.

The fankikas store reserves the right to deny access to any User or Customer without prior notice if it considers that the use in question violates in any way the current Terms and Conditions of Use.

Purchases and payments

Orders can only be completed by registered users in the fankikas store.

At the prices presented, the shipping cost is added, and these are informed to the consumer when the items are placed in the "shopping cart" and during the final purchase process.

After order entry in the system all orders are subject to confirmation and can therefore be canceled in case of failure of the computer system or in case of errors in the allocation of prices.

The ordering process is carried out in step 5:

Summary - the contents of the shopping cart are displayed;
Login - Login if it has not already been done;
Address - Selection of the address for sending the order and the address for billing;
Shipping - Selection of the carrier with the indication of the shipping costs (there may be only one carrier available);
Payment - Choose the method of payment.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or ATM reference, or through the PayPal payment system.

Bank transfer or ATM reference

To make the payment by bank transfer or multi-bank reference, the user must choose the option "Pay by bank transfer or ATM reference". The data for the two modes of payment will be presented together on the same page, and the user should opt for what they prefer. Payment by ATM reference is only valid for purchases made in Portugal and equal to or greater than € 10. If the user tries to make a payment of less than € 10 this will be refused both in the ATM and in the homebanking system.

Payment must be made within 3 days of order confirmation. In order to expedite the purchase process, the customer must send the proof of payment to the email apoio.cliente@fankikas.com referring to the subject "Proof of order ref.xxx" (where, xxx is the reference of the order to which payment). If payment is not made within 3 days, the order will be canceled.

In this option the purchase value is deposited directly into the bank account of fankikas store.

Credit card or PayPal

To pay by credit card or PayPal, the user must choose the option "Pay by credit card or with your PayPal account".

You should then choose one of the two payment options available:

     "Pay with my PayPal account" (you need to have a PayPal account);
     "Create a PayPal account and pay with your credit or debit card" (you do not need a PayPal account).

Using the PayPal payment system, either through a PayPal account or directly with a credit card, the user benefits from the guarantees and data protection conditions that this payment system offers, without ever having to share any confidential information with fankikas store.


Orders are usually despatched up to 2 business days after receipt of payment and sent in registered CTT mail.

Shipping costs include the costs associated with packing and shipping orders.

Orders are properly packed in order to ensure the integrity of the material being transported. Fankikas shop is not liable for any damage inflicted on the material during shipment.

In order to reduce shipping costs we advise you to order the items in a single purchase. The purchases made separately can not be grouped later, in this case, for each purchase is charged the respective shipping cost.

Please carefully check your address before finalizing your order. The store fankikas is not responsible for the loss of the order during the transport or the sending to a wrong address or incorrectly placed.

Shipping to Portugal

The cost of sending to addresses located in Portugal is calculated based on the weight of the orders according to the following table (Registered mail).

Exchanges and Returns

Making a purchase the customer declares that he / she is aware that the articles sold in fankikas store are handmade handicraft items, which may present slight differences between them.

The customer may, within 14 days after receipt of the product, return it. Within the same period, the customer may proceed to claim any defects or inadequacy of the product in relation to the order, whenever this is the responsibility of fankikas store. Fankikas store's liability is excluded for any damages inflicted on items during shipment.

The complaint must be formalized by electronic mail sent to the address apoio.cliente@fankikas.com. In the complaint, the Customer must identify himself and expressly indicate the reasons for his complaint, mentioning the reference of the order.

The support team of fankikas store, will coordinate with the Customer how to proceed with the return of the items purchased, if the same is justified, assuming in these cases fankikas store the cost of returning it and the costs of a new delivery.

In cases where the reasons for the return are not the responsibility of fankikas store, the return will be accepted, after a check of the good condition of the returned parts and their packaging, being returned the amount paid by the Customer, deducted from the costs of transportation of the delivery and of the return shipping costs. Fankikas store reserves the right not to accept returns of products without prior notice, and that do not fulfill the same conditions of conformity of the date of their delivery to the Buyer (in particular, products that have undergone any type of use, transformation, damages and or lack of original packaging, accessories or accessories).

How the refund will be made will be the subject of agreement between the fankikas store and the customer.

Promotions and campaigns

All promotions, campaigns and discounts presented in fankikas store are subject to change at any time and without prior notice.

Loyalty Point System

In order to reward customer loyalty, fankikas store has created a system where points are awarded based on the value of purchases, which can be converted into discount coupons.

Every 10 € of purchases made corresponds 1 point (excluding shipping costs);
Each point can be converted into a discount of € 0.20;
Points are cumulative;
Points can be converted into discount coupons by the user at any time;
Coupons can only be used after 14 days after conversion;
Coupons are valid for 1 year.

Points will only be awarded after confirmation of the payment of the purchase that gave rise to them and can be consulted in the personal area of ​​the user.

If the value of the discount is greater than the value of the purchase, there will be no return of any monetary value of fankikas store to the customer.

Fankikas store reserves the right to change or cancel the scoring system without prior notice.

The points system was the way to reward customers for their preference. As such, under no circumstances will fankikas store be debited to your customers in case of system failure.
